I was so happy to contact my friend today and we had a very nice conversation. I realized I miss her wisdom <33 when we live closer again in the future I hope to spent more time with her because I think we learn alot from each other and we grow from the amazing conversations we have :))))))

I am incredibly grateful for this friend, she has such a peaceful heart and she really means a lot to me <33 For a while I avoided close contact as I was scared to be too nostalgic and I would realise how much I miss her wonderful attitude. Atm I have more time and energy and I am really happy to get back in touch with her. One day (sometime after corona) we will meet again and hopefully share new experiences together. 

We tried together and had some fun while practicing :D 

Last week I made up the resolution for myself to become better at handstands by practicing 5 minutes every day, this particular challenge has empowered the idea.

I kind of cheated for this challenge as it is not me but 2 other guys who are making the podcast, they interviewed me for an episode :))

Together with 3 fellow students, I am designing an app where you can find information about uncommon edible parts of vegetables and fruits and how to prepare these in a dish. We would like to increase awareness concerning the edibility of  private household waste. The app-users would ideally reconsider their food habits and norms ex. Why not eat the broccoli stem, cauliflower leaves or banana peel?

(creating an app is expensive and time consuming and I am excited that this podcast can potentially help us find an

investor)

I woke up early this morning after a terrible night of sleep and I decided to go for a walk in the rain. On the way I saw a beautiful desk standing right next to the dumpsters. I carried it home, luckily two stangers helped me along the way.

I will put the desk on my balkony with many plants on top :) This way the plants can catch more sunlight (which can be quite a challenge during these rainy days :o)

not only my hair was messy... I was still wearing my pyjamas and a old oversized jacket. It felt good not to care at all how people see you:)

I felt so energinzed when doing this challenge and I was just trying to come out of comfortzone as much as possible during the walk! I had a wonderful adventurous afternoon :)))

Personally, I have no interest at all in a career but I think it is useful to provide the possibility for other people to learn how to start a SUSTAINABLE career. Unfortunately, the event can not take place at de Ceuvel where the lovely staff was so enthusiastic to work with us :) maybe next year when in person events feel safe again :D

Op een plantenmarkt heb ik een workshop gevolgd waarbij we plantenhouders leerde maken met touw. Je moet heel simpele macramé-knoopjes maken en dan kan je zelf allemaal verschillende patronen bedenken. Het is super cool omdat je met deze simpele vaardigheid heel veel kan doen! Ik heb ondertussen twee houders gemaakt en die hangen heel mooi in mijn kamer:) Als ik er nog veel maak kan ik ze aan iedereen cadeau gaan doen met plantjes erin want plantjes zijn leuk!!!

Het is trouwens de perfecte bezigheid voor tijdens saaie hoorcolleges, zo heb ik het gevoel dat ik toch nog iets nuttig doe tijdens die colleges...

Het beste aan deze workshop waren de super lieve mensen die ik heb leren kennen <333
